Thank you for choosing Garner Naturals. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and order processing.
1. Free Shipping Offer
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of 2 or more items (U.S. only).
– Add any two (or more) qualifying products to your cart and free shipping will automatically apply.
– Single-item orders ship at our standard rate, which will be shown at checkout.
2. Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard Shipping:
– Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
– Processing time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order and confirm payment.
– Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Expedited Shipping:
– Estimated delivery time: 2 business days.
– Expedited service is available at an additional cost, shown at checkout.
– Orders placed after 12 PM EST may ship the next business day.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
3. Where We Ship
– We currently ship within the United States.
– We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
– Orders must be shipped to a physical street address.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
– You can use that tracking link at any time to check the status and estimated delivery of your package.
– If you didn’t receive your tracking email, please check your spam/promotions folder or contact us.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
– We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
– If you need to correct an address after placing an order, reach out to us as quickly as possible at support@garner-naturals.com.
(We’ll do our best, but if the package has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.)
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive:
– Please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.
– Email us at support@garner-naturals.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll be happy to help.

Good to Know
– Weather delays, carrier delays, and high seasonal volume (holiday periods) may affect delivery times. These delays are not within our direct control.
– Expedited shipping applies to transit time, not processing time. We still need 1 business day to pack and release your order.
– Orders placed Friday after 12 PM EST or during the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
