Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused supplements within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging with all safety seals intact.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@garner-naturals.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and the return shipping address. Ship the product back in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or a damaged order, Garner Naturals will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement at no extra charge.
For all other returns (such as a change of mind or ordering error), shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping and your return reduces the order below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
-Opened or used supplements
-Products missing their original seal or packaging
-Items beyond the 30-day return windowClearance or final-sale items
